Scheduling is a separate delivery system. A finished artifact becomes a release with explicit targets, renditions, time, and owner confirmation.
Connect channels
Open Settings → Connections and connect the channels you own. Provider credentials stay behind the Shyne service boundary and are never returned to agents.
Create a release
Choose one frame or one ordered sequence, select the exact destinations, set a timezone-aware publish time, inspect the generated media, then confirm the release.
Agent proposals
An agent can read safe schedule state and create an owner-confirmable proposal. It cannot prepare, confirm, retry, or dispatch a normal release. Automatic review requires explicit user instruction and remains service-gated.
